Astoria Culture Alert

My friend and fellow Astoria denizen Dan Damiano has a new play in production, Dreams of Friendly Aliens, which I hope to check out soon. It starts previews on March 10 and runs thru April 1 at the Dorothy Strelsin Theater on West 36th Street. Dan is a huge Buffalo Bills fan and we all know that can't be easy, but playwriting and acting are his true loves. His day job coincidentally is at College Board, a place where I've often worked as a freelancer as you know. Maybe he can write a play about it all someday.
